What Stealth AI is

Stealth AI is software that runs on your own computer. During live calls and meetings it follows what is being said and shows suggested answers in panels that stay out of screen shares.

Price and renewal

A subscription costs 39.99 US dollars a month and includes updates. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling and refunds work the way our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy say. You must be at least 18 to subscribe.

If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you, so you can cancel first.

Billing

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is the seller of record. They take your payment, issue your receipt, and hold your name, email address and payment details. We never receive or store any of those. The charge on your statement may not say Stealth AI, and your payment is also subject to their terms.

Your subscription key

There are no accounts. When you subscribe you receive a subscription key, and you sign in by pasting it into the app. The key is your only credential, so treat it like a password. We never keep the key itself, only a form of it that cannot be read back.

A subscription is for one person. Use your key on your own computers, but do not share, publish, resell or rent it. If a key is shared or abused, we may switch it off. If you lose your key, ask for it through our contact page, using the address you used at checkout.

Using the app

Use the app in ways that are legal where you are. Do not reverse engineer or overload the service, try to extract the parts of it we do not publish, or use it to break the law or harm anyone. We may switch off keys that break this section.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. The app depends on our service and on other services we use to produce answers. If those are having problems, some features pause and the app tells you. We may change or add features through updates. If we ever shut the service down for good, we will refund the unused part of your current month.

Answers

Answers are produced automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so read them before you rely on them. Nothing the app produces is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Ownership

We own the app and the service. Your subscription is a personal license to install and run the app on your own computers while it is active. It is a license, not a sale of the software. Everything said in your calls, and everything you type, stays yours.

Privacy

How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

No warranty

The app and the service are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, and our total liability for all claims together is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights your local consumer law gives you that cannot be signed away.

Ending this agreement

You can cancel and stop using the app at any time. We can end this agreement and switch off your key if you seriously break these terms. The Ownership, No warranty and Limit of liability sections continue to apply after this agreement ends.

Problems

If something goes wrong, tell us through our contact page first. Most problems are sorted within a day or two.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, the new version appears on this page, with a new date, at least 14 days before it takes effect.
